Serving only the fresh seafood prepared with traditional recipes, Ah Hoi’s Kitchen has made a name for itself for its Sri Lankan Crab dishes, perfected with the culinary team's unique Singapore Chilli Crab recipe that is redolent with wok hei and has a thick and fragrant sauce made with sambal that has been laboriously prepared for hours. The meaty crustaceans are also available in updated renditions such as Salted Egg Crab with Crispy Yam that balances the sweet crab meat with rich salted egg yolk sauce.
Perched on top of Tanglin Mall, the restaurant is directly accessible from the mall. Guests can take the lifts from the carpark in the basement levels or any level of the mall directly to the restaurant on Level 4.
