  • Signature Chilli Crab The sauce is the hero of the dish. To make it, sambal is cooked painstakingly over many hours to build the perfect base. Then, it is flavoured with egg white ribbons. It is the perfect companion for steamed or deep-friend mantou (Chinese buns). 
  • Salted Egg and Crispy Yam Crab A combination of salted egg and strands of crispy yam sticks are tossed with the crab to create a magical burst of taste that must be experienced to understand.
  • Indonesian Claypot Curry CrabThis Indonesian-style curry crab is cooked in 20 different spices, creating a wonderful aroma and zest for all curry-lovers.
  • White Pepper and Cream Crab The crab is cooked in a thick cream sauce and dusted with subtle white pepper, producing an eccentric range of flavours.
  • Claypot Crab Beehoon Silky vermicelli noodles and crab are slow-cooked in an authentic clay pot, allowing the noodles to soak in all the delightful flavours from the crab and broth.
  • Sarawakian Black Pepper CrabThis style oozes the rich flavour of Sarawakian pepper blended with the sweetness of the crab, producing a unique winning combination with a little bit of pepper heat.
  • Kam Heong-Style CrabAn all-time Malaysian favourite renowned for its combination of Malay, Chinese and Indian influences with dried shrimp, curry leaves and birds-eye chilli. It is a mouth-watering dish that should not be missed.
  • Stir-Fried Ginger and Onion Crab The crab is steamed and then tossed in a wok with high heat with ginger and onion. It is an authentic way to cook a live crab.
  • Glass Noodles and Chinese Wine Crab A messy but tasty dish. The springy the glass noodles absorb the sweet combination of natural crab juice and wine to make a truly delightful dish.
