Its open design with clear glass panelling allows guests a complete view of the hotel’s outdoor nature, city skyscrapers, the colourful acrylic glass display on the wall and the green wall on the terrace outdoor. Contemporary and bright, the marble and glass-top effect comes out strongly through its choice of furniture. A continuous and uniformed display inside and the sofa seating arrangements to the outdoor terrace creates an expanse of spaciousness. Meanwhile, an open show kitchen allows guests to view the Makan@Jen chefs do what they do best – cooking.

Featuring a resplendent buffet spread of seafood and international cuisines, Makan@Jen also boasts an enticing a la carte menu of local favourites, such as the Chef’s Signature Traditional Singapore Laksa, Chef’s Laksa Fried Rice, local Hainanese Chicken Rice, Roasted Organic Spring Chicken with Thyme, Traditional Beef Lasagne, Melted Mushroom and Swiss Cheese Sandwich and many more. These dishes are available daily from 12 noon to 10 pm.

Weekday Semi Buffet Lunch is a great choice for everyone. They can choose from any of the four main courses of the day priced at $11.90*; $7* may be added to have a choice between a fresh assortment of garden greens and specialty salads or an array of delicate and exquisite desserts for the sweet tooth. Those who can’t decide on either one may add $13* to indulge in both the crisp healthy salads and sublime desserts to end the feast on a sweet note. The buffet is available from Mondays to Fridays except eve of and on Public Holidays from 12 noon to 2:30 pm.

Singapore Theme Brunch features a splendid taste of Asia that encompasses a delectable spread of Asia’s time-honoured dishes, such as Hokkien Popiah, a thin pancake enveloping a tasty combination of braised turnip, boiled eggs, prawns, Chinese waxed sausage, Chinese lettuce and crushed peanuts, and the Peranakan favourite, Kueh Pie Tee – a crispy cup filled with juicy vegetables and prawns, and accompanied with a special chilli dip. Western favourites of Scones with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Jam, assorted Danish Pastries and homemade cakes are sure to delight everyone on a weekend afternoon. Priced at $38* per adult and $19* per child (aged between 6 and 11 years old), the brunch is available only on Saturdays and Sundays, eve of and on Public Holidays from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

Weekday International Buffet Dinner features a resplendent buffet spread of grilled seafood, grilled gourmet cuts of meat, sushi and sashimi, a variety of salads and DIY salad stations. A row of delicate desserts and up to 10 varieties of ice-creams also await. Priced at $42* per adult and $21* per child (aged between 6 and 11 years old), dinner is available from Sundays to Thursdays except eve of and on Public Holidays from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

Weekend Seafood Buffet Dinner lets guests may take their taste buds on a culinary tour and sample a wide variety of seafood delicacies at their own pace. It is a lavish affair as the hotel takes guests on an epicurean adventure under the sea, bringing the freshest seafood and specialities from all over the globe.

Seafood on Ice offers freshly shucked oysters, Alaskan king crabs, slipper lobsters, scallops, freshly sliced Japanese sashimi and prepared sushi with the fresh flavours of the Pacific Rim.  Guests can feast on the gastronomic array of the sea’s finest treasures. Alongside local delights, Asian and Western favourites, such as Whole Baked Salmon, aims to satisfy palates with various types of cheeses, cold cuts and meats carved at stations. Irresistible sweet surrenders from the wide array of desserts double up the satisfaction. Priced at $60* per adult and $30* per child (aged between 6 and 11 years old), available only on Fridays and Saturdays, eve of and on Public Holidays from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
