The brand new Jen Club floors, situated on level 18 and 20 level of the hotel, now feature 28 Club King Rooms, 7 Club Twin Rooms and 3 Club Deluxe King Rooms. It features a breathtaking panoramic skyline views of either Orchard Road or Somerset Road, added contemporary touch and access to the exclusive Club Lounge for guests to relax in comfort after a hard day’s work.

Located on level 19 is the Club Lounge, with our Club Manager and her Guest Services Associates always on hand to attend to guests’ requests and needs. Efficient service with Jen’s ‘Jenuine’ touch of hospitality is evident as our friendly and helpful Guest Services Associates welcome you with exclusive check-in and check-out, along with a totally in-the-know concierge to give a brief introduction to the hotel amenities and benefits that will help you get the out of your stay.

Breakfast at the Club Lounge is a more lavish affair as a fully equipped kitchen has been incorporated in the lounge, so guests can expect freshly made pancakes and eggs cooked to their liking a-la-minute; and an expanded buffet line allows more varieties to ensure that Club Guests can have a hearty and healthy breakfast to kick-start the day.

Business executives will delight in the all-day complimentary high-speed WIFI to remain connected with family and work; the PressReader app with access to over 4,000 newspapers and magazines; two-hour complimentary use of meeting suite per stay that is bookable in advance for meeting at their convenience; and one piece laundry pressing service per stay for that important business or private appointment.
