Meet my chef
Prior to working with me, Head Chef Sunny Tse was at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong for over 20 years. In preparation for his new role at Café Malacca, he did some pretty intense research. He travelled to Malaysia and Singapore, extensively studying the local methods of preparation to deliver authentic dishes true to the region's culture. So you can rest assured – this is the real deal!
