Great Eats in the Neighbourhood
Kennedy Town, the new up-and-coming Western waterfront district of Hong Kong, has an array of dining spots for even discerning taste buds!
Fish & Chick (it’s all in the name!), is a great little place offering both fresh Fish and Chips and delicious Roast Chicken. It’s right by the waterfront, so you’ll have some great ocean views, too! Try their basket of mixed appetisers – Homemade Crab Croquettes, Deep-Fried Prawns, Calamari and a piece of Battered Monkfish – served with a pot of delicious homemade tartar sauce and wasabi mayo. Yum!
Looking for a laid-back meal with family and friends? Look no further than K-Town Bar & Grill. You may be in Hong Kong, but with K-Town’s rustic décor, you’ll be transported to trendy New York. They do a delicious classic brunch, too!
Tapaella Grill on Hau Wo Street is a cosy Spanish restaurant that seats up to 20 people – it’s one of my picks for lunch. Try their Set Lunch Tapas of Sautéed Prawns, Sautéed Artichokes, Ham and Chicken Croquettes and Deep-Fried Manchego Cheese. They also do a strong coffee – a great way to end the meal!
Hong Kong has so many more restaurants offering delicious food. Ask my team for their recommendations!
