Clockenflap and LKF Carnival
We’ve been waiting for it since November last year and Clockenflap is finally back in town! The big and anticipated Hong Kong music festival is ready to rock the city in just one week’s time. If you’ve already got tickets, congratulations; if you haven’t, check out their official website – there might still be some left (fingers crossed). This year’s line up is more impressive than ever so we’re expecting an even more amazing crowd, ramping up the excitement as the event draws closer. Don’t forget the entertainment on the sideline, which will be just as spectacular as the music on stage. I have to say that the Silent Disco is my guilty pleasure – this is where you can ditch your self-consciousness, grab a pair of headphones and dance your socks off! There will also be art exhibitions and a film tent should you need a break from the booming music and the head-banging crowd.
People often assume this is an adult-only event – it’s not! The festival is family-friendly and there are plenty of fun things for kids to do. Children aged 12 and under get to tag along, so bring the kids!
Now for a truly adult-only event, Lan Kwai Fong Carnival on 21-22 November is a must-go for all you party animals. The good part? No tickets required. Just show up at Hong Kong’s party central and enjoy delicious food and the fine beers, cocktails and wines from around the world. Looks like November is shaping up to be quite the party season!
